This Privacy Policy explains how BAADSONSFJORD Kft. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law.

When you contact us through the enquiry form, we process the data you provide:

• Name and company name
• Email address and phone number
• Project details you choose to share (project type, required MV capacity, location, message)

Our hosting provider may automatically log technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for the secure operation of the website.

Purpose	To receive, evaluate and respond to your enquiry, and to take steps prior to entering into a possible contract.
Legal basis	Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); secure website operation rests on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Page content and fonts are self-hosted. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), which loads only on the form; it does not set a tracking cookie and builds no advertising profile.

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and as required by applicable legal obligations — typically up to 2 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed on our behalf by processors: our hosting provider (Rackhost Zrt., 6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41., Hungary) and, for bot protection on the contact form, Cloudflare (which receives the Turnstile token and your IP address — not your message). Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
